What's Happening in Your Ramstein Thrift Shop...

The Thrift Shop renovation is complete!

We have new shelving from the old Ramstein BX which was installed throughout the entire store. Check out the new counter and jewelry case!

We have had new shelving installed in the book room which clears up the entire room.

Seasonal decorations finally has a new home in the hall way.

The toy room is being converted into a childrens activity room.

Women's room has had the sisal rug wallpaper stripped and the wood paneling painted.

The ENTIRE store has a fresh new coat of paint and all the trim has been repainted white.

The access hallway has been patched and painted.

The stairwell and handrail has a new coat of paint.

The foyer has a new glass case for the RESA awards and plaques. The same area also displays the RESA events corkboard.

Thanks to the many volunteers who worked tirelessly on the entire project. We were closed to the public for two weeks but the grand            re-opening was a huge success! We could not have done this without     the support of the many dedicated people involved.

We follow the DoDDS school schedule and are closed during Christmas break and Spring Break. We close during inclement weather and are also closed on Federal Holidays. Signs will be posted in the store and listen to AFN radio for weather announcements.

We provide an organized, clean and friendly place to shop. We work very hard to maintain these standards and appreciate customers that take the same pride we do. Parents please... we have children, we love children but the Thrift Shop is not a playground. We're not fond of asking anyone to leave, but we will if we have to.
